I offer Interior Design services on light Commercial build outs. This includes space planning, furniture selection and placement, lighting design in conjunction with local jurisdiction regulations and building standards, and finish selection. Part of the design for the reception desk above was done by JPC Architects.

Staging can make a huge difference for some homes in their ability to sell faster for more money. The picture above was taken in a two million dollar new construction home that I staged. Before I arrived, the home had sat on the market for years. After staging, an offer was received on the first day it went back on the market. This result is not typical, however when staging is done well, buyers can visualize ways to use a space that are not apparent in a vacant or poorly staged home. The coordination and vision allow the home to appeal to a broader base of buyers.

I can help you work with architects and contractors, including providing AutoCad drawings, material samples, renderings and many other tools and resources that will make your project cost efficient, predictable, and less stressful.

While I can and have done designs for all parts of the home, I particularly enjoy designing kitchens, bathrooms and closets customized for your needs and tastes.

I have also received specialized training in green building practices, Universal Design and Aging in Place.
